SAN DIEGO BEST TINT · MOBILE INSTALLATION
Porsche Macan Window Tinting in San Diego
This Macan combines virtually clear windshield film with darker front windows and added film over its rear privacy glass. UNION Nano Ceramic IR provides superior heat rejection and 99.9% UV protection through the treated windows.
Installed in 4S Ranch, CA
Mobile service throughout San Diego County.
Finished Porsche Macan with Nano Ceramic IR window tint.
About This Porsche Macan Tint Installation
The windshield received 70% UNION Nano Ceramic IR, the lightest, virtually clear option. The front windows received 20% film for a darker appearance. At the rear, 70% film was added over the factory privacy glass to extend the film’s heat rejection and UV protection without choosing a very dark additional film.
The percentages describe the installed film. The rear glass was already dark, so 70% does not describe its final combined light transmission. This project shows how coverage and film technology can be selected separately from visible darkness.
Protective sheeting covered the door panels, while layered coverings protected the dashboard and surrounding interior during windshield installation. The gallery follows this preparation through to the finished Macan.

How We Work
- Plan the glass coverage. Choose windshield, front-window, and rear-glass film around your comfort and appearance goals.
- Protect and prepare. Cover the door panels and dashboard, prepare the glass, and fit the selected film.
- Review and care. Check the finished result together and explain drying, cleaning, and warranty coverage.
Why Choose San Diego Best Tint for Your Macan?
We discuss your Macan’s existing factory privacy glass and the windows you want treated before selecting shades. Home or workplace appointments include confirming a suitable setup, covering the door panels for protection and using computer-cut patterns for a precise fit.
The automotive film’s lifetime warranty covers peeling, bubbling and fading for as long as you own the vehicle. We explain drying and aftercare when the installation is complete.

Great experience from start to finish. Sergiu was punctual, friendly, professional, and communication was clear and straightforward throughout the process. He helped me choose the right tint level for my (Chrysler 200) windshield based on what I was looking for, and the work was efficient and very well done. I also had the tint replaced on my rear driver-side window that had started rippling from a job done by a different company years ago. The old tint was basically baked onto the window and difficult to remove, but he took care of it and the replacement came out great. I’m really happy with the results and the overall experience. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family who need tinting done.Read more
